Stephen D. Hale is a third generation Washington County businessman and life-long resident of Springfield. He fulfilled all the requirements for a Real Estate license in the Commonwealth of Kentucky, and passed the licensing exam in 1977. He also obtained his auctioneers license that same year. One year later, he passed the brokers exam, and in 1980, he opened SELL WITH HALE REALTY & AUCTION, LLC.

Also active in community affairs, Steve has served as President of the Chamber of Commerce, Scout Master, Youth Director, coach of T-ball, swim teams, and softball teams, and Sunday School teacher.
Married for 30 years to his wife Mary Ann (also a lifelong resident of Springfield), they have six children. Steve is committed to the quality of life in the community and strives each day to make Springfield and Washington County a better place to live for old and new residents alike. Alicia Hale O'Cull has been a part of SELL WITH HALE REALTY & AUCTION, LLC since it's inception in 1980. Since starting, she has worked in the office, and 1993, began selling real estate. In 1997, she received a Bachelors of Arts degree in Business Administration from Bellarmine College, and in 1998, a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Kentucky. Also in 1998, Alicia successfully completed the requirements for her real estate broker's license and is now an associate broker with SELL WITH HALE REALTY & AUCTION, LLC. Glenn Mattingly is the newest addition to the SELL WITH HALE REALTY & AUCTION, LLC team. Glenn obtained his real estate license in April 2005. He is also a licensed auctioneer. Glenn has served as the Director of Public Works for the City of Springfield for the last six years and also has 25 years of construction experience.
