Stephen D. Hale is a third generation Washington County businessman and life-long resident of Springfield. He fulfilled all the requirements for a Real Estate license in the Commonwealth of Kentucky, and passed the licensing exam in 1977. He also obtained his auctioneers license that same year. One year later, he passed the brokers exam, and in 1980, he opened SELL WITH HALE REALTY & AUCTION, LLC. Today, Steve Hale is still very committed to his education and attends continuing education classes yearly. Also active in community affairs, Steve has served as President of the Chamber of Commerce, Scout Master, Youth Director, coach of T-ball, swim teams, and softball teams, and Sunday School teacher. Married for 30 years to his wife Mary Ann (also a lifelong resident of Springfield), they have six children. Steve is committed to the quality of life in the community and strives each day to make Springfield and Washington County a better place to live for old and new residents alike. Three of the Hale's Children have joined the SELL WITH HALE REALTY & AUCTION, LLC, and are carrying on the tradition of serving Washington County's real estate needs.

Glenn Mattingly obtained his real estate license in April 2005. He is also a licensed auctioneer. Glenn has served as the Director of Public Works for the City of Springfield for the last six years. He also has 25 years of construction experience. Glenn has two children and two grandchildren. He and his wife, Paula, live in Springfield.

J. Michael Hale is the son of Stephen and Mary Ann Hale. He obtained his realtors license in 2009 and then earned his Auctioneers liscence later that year. He currently attends the University of Louisville, majoring in Communications & Economics. He is also an active member of Beta Theta Pi fraternity and was recently awarded good academic standing. He became an Eagle Scout in 2008 and spends his spare time volunteering for St. Vincent De Paul, St. Dominic's Closet, and Lady of the poor. He is new to the team but has shown amazing efforts and success with over 10 closings in just a little over a year having auctioned 10 auctions.

Matthew W. Hale is the son of Stephen and Mary Ann Hale. He obtained his realtors license in 2009. He currently attends the University of Louisville, majoring in Business Marketing. He became an Eagle Scout in 2008 and is an active member of Beta Theta Pi fraternity. Matthew enjoys volunteering for St. Dominic's Closet, The Fuller Center, Lady of the Poor, and St. Vincent De Paul in his spare time. He is very dedicated to his work and is willing to help you find the home of your dreams! |
